Burning steppes has probs?

Is Burning steppes dying? Coz i dunno. The guild im in now isnt a recruitin one that recruits lower lvl, new players. But what i hear and see here looks bad. Dunno if it come to your attention but many high lvl guilds broke up ... Tuska, Yob Patrol, Reincarantion (just now) ... many from ppl migratet to other servers ... sooo wats with this server? So lvl 70s go away. Do new players come to boost the ranks?

Or is it just a common thing that when new server is made many ppl migrate to olders ones (well others)?
