Guild Changes

Ok guys i`ve decided on a few things,

new guild ranks are:

Bider - Alliance Boss

QPRanger - Alliance Boss

these changes have been made to take some weight off my shoulders and also i cant be in 2 places at 1 time,

They operate with my full authority and are to be classed as Guild masters.

the only time you should not ask them a question that would otherwise be directed at me is, if the question is to do with Bider or QPRanger.

These guys are more than trustworthy, they have gained my respect.
