internet problems...am i rude?

Guys some of you will know that i have had internet problems for the last 3 days.

i am currently with BT internet who up until 3 days ago were perfect.

the problem is when you phone up the helpline is it too much to ask to have a guy on the other end that can speak my language properly?

i know why they do it...cheap labour.

and i also know the indian guys also have families to feed.

BT for the none english here means BRITISH telecom .

so is it too much to ask to speak to someone whos first language is english? christ even an american would have been better

i kno what ur on about m8 am with ntl my self and when i was setting up my network i asked the guy whats the best router he said windows xp >.>

well...my situation in even more complicated: here in italy, in Napoli, is still difficult to find someone that speaks italian corrertly
